Accounting Architecture
Are you starting a new business and need your chart of accounts built? What about automating your accounting process and systems? Maybe you are an existing company looking to get your accounting cleaned up!
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
We can automate new client and vendor on-boarding. We will invoice your clients and follow up on any outstanding AR. We will pay your bills and send 1099s to all contractors at year end.
Monthly Reconciliation
We can reconcile any financial or general ledger account monthly, giving you up-to-date, accurate financials.
Financial Reporting
Once your accounts are reconciled, we will provide you with your company's financials. These are reported to you by the end of the first week following month close.
Financial Analysis
Once financials have been reported, we can provide financial analysis of the numbers, which will allow you to make better financial decisions for your company.
Payroll & HR Management
Let us process your payroll, pay your payroll taxes and issue W-2s at the end of the year. We can also manage any and all of your employee benefits, from 401ks to health and dental insurance.
